So I recently started working on a track that really, really, really needs some Acid. And I've tried like a bunch of different VSTs, and I'm not satisfied, and my nostalgia wants the old Rebirth sound I used to use in 1998. So I reinstalled Reason.
It works fine under Windows 8.1, you only need to use the installer for Win7, and install the old help file reader. Rebirth works 100% as standalone.

If I delete the ReWire host inside FL, then Reason launches again. Once I add the ReWire plugin again, and restart Rebirth, it hangs.Does anyone have any insight? I feel like this ought to work.
Thanks.
